Beautiful pair of mahogany armchairs with reversed roll-up backrest called "Etruscan" from the Empire - Consulate period. Straight armrests topped with carved palmettes, ending in cylinders. Ringed armrest consoles, taking the form of columns with hats. Front feet in sheaths, extended by carved lion paws, posterior feet in sabers. Beautiful state of conservation, very good stability (reinforcements on the belts), usual restorations. Very elegant fabric in new light red and gray horsehair. Horsehair filling, lightly packed  on one.
