Elegant pair of candlesticks attributed to Claude Galle, in chased and gilded bronze from the end of the 18th century.
The inventory of the furniture of the Château de Fontainebleau, lists in 1807 a series of four identical candlesticks mentioned in the salon of the Grand Marshal.
The 1817 inventory mentions them in the same place.
